By placing an order you
understand you are agreeing to all terms & conditions.

PAYMENT IS NOT OPTIONAL, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 
Stock is being ordered for you, so by placing an order you are agreeing to making payment. Any late payments will be sent straight to a debt collector, we will not chase payments. 

1. Order minimum spend is $300- any orders under $300 will be required to order the difference.
2. Deposit option unavailable for 2023, all payments must be made when ordering.
3. If paying via deposit option, deposit is due immediately and balance due when stock is ready to ship to us. If balance payments are not finalised on
time, we will have to cancel the order and deposit
will be forfeited. If any troubles with payments simply contact us to discuss.
All deposit payments are non-refundable.
4. We are not able to cancel, change, cancel or refund
any orders once deposit/payment has been made. All sales are final.
5. All arrival times are estimated only.
We are not able to cancel/refund any orders due to
shipping or other delays out of our control. We will do our best to provide stock to you as estimated.
6. Please select wholesale shipping option at checkout.
Any excess to this cost will be invoiced to you and must be paid prior to dispatch of goods.
7. Stockists are welcome to use imagery from our website, social media and drop box.
8. Please note if sharing a customer image to ensure you tag the owner of the photo. (This does include any images shared by Bencer & Hazelnut family). It is especially important (and the law) to please credit the original owner of all images.
9. Products are to remain in Bencer & Hazelnut packaging. This is for product protection and to ensure our branding remains with the product.
If you take items out of the packaging, Bencer & Hazelnut are not able to refund any marks, holes etc.
10. Bencer & Hazelnut reserves the right to cancel any orders and terminate wholesale agreement at any time.
11. Wholesale information including new releases is not to be shared under any circumstances with anyone other than those approved on wholesale application, doing so will result in the termination
of wholesale availability and possible further action.
12. Bencer & Hazelnut is not liable for any damages due to the misuse of products.
13. Invoices must be paid by the due date, failure to do so will result in the invoice being passed on to debt collectors. You will be liable for all costs incurred to recover any debts.
14. Items are not under any circimstances to be sold on social media/internet marketplaces or physical markets.
15. Wholesale discount is 50% of RRP - GST will then be added to wholesale price. Invoices will display GST paid .

SHIPPING

We have a standard price at checkout, which usually covers all costs however any extra cost for shipping incurred will be invoiced to the stockist after dispatch and must be paid within 24 hours. This is part of our terms & conditions agreed to when placing an order.
All costs for international shipping will be invoiced after dispatch.
